Who we are

BestLinks.ai is a fully-managed guest post and Digital PR service operated by GeFei Digital LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States ("GeFei Digital", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "the client") and GeFei Digital LLC covering your use of bestlinks.ai and any service you buy from us. By contacting us to start an engagement, or by paying an invoice, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

What the service is

We build backlinks for you end to end. A standard guest post engagement covers:

• Mining candidate publishers from Ahrefs, based on your existing backlink profile and the competitors you supply;
• Presenting you a shortlist with Domain Rating, traffic and placement price so you choose the targets;
• Our team using your product and your competitors' products, then writing a separate English article for each target site;
• Publishing to each approved site one by one;
• Ongoing monitoring of each published link, and help tracking indexation in Google Search Console.

We also offer Digital PR distribution through PR Newswire as a separate service line, quoted per engagement based on distribution scope.

Eligibility

To use the service you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you are engaging us on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company to these Terms.

You must own the domain you ask us to promote, or hold documented permission from its owner to commission backlinks for it.

How an engagement runs

1. You brief us. Send your domain and a few competitors to [email protected].
2. We research and shortlist. We return candidate publishers with DR, traffic and placement price.
3. You approve targets. Nothing is bought or published before you confirm the list.
4. We write and publish. One custom article per target site, published individually.
5. We report and monitor. You receive the live URLs and we keep checking them.

Turnaround depends on how many placements you order and how quickly publishers respond. We give an estimate at the start of each engagement; estimates are not guarantees.

Fees and payment

We do not mark up placement fees. What a publisher charges is what you pay. We earn from a separate service fee:

All amounts are in US dollars. Invoices are payable before work begins unless we agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for any taxes, bank charges or currency-conversion costs that apply to you.

Pricing shown on the site reflects our current early-access rates. We may change published pricing at any time, but a change never applies to an engagement you have already paid for.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your domain, your product and your competitors.
• Hold the rights to any brand assets, product copy, screenshots or other material you send us for use in articles.
• Keep your site lawful and reachable — if the target page is down or removed after publication, the backlink loses its value and we cannot restore that.
• Review the shortlist before approving it. Once you approve a target and we pay the publisher, that placement is committed.

Sites and content we will not work on

We decline engagements involving adult content, gambling, illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, malware or phishing, financial fraud or "get rich quick" schemes, content that infringes another party's intellectual property, and content that harasses or incites hatred against people or groups.

Publishers apply their own editorial standards on top of ours and may refuse any topic, brand or link at their discretion. If a publisher rejects a piece after you have paid, we will offer a replacement placement of comparable quality or refund that placement — see the Refund Policy.

Publishers are independent third parties

The websites we place articles on are independent businesses. We do not own or control them. That means:

• Editorial decisions, including whether a link is marked rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow", rest with the publisher.
• A publisher may edit, move, unpublish or take down an article at any time.
• A publisher's own metrics (DR, traffic) can change after placement.

We report the target site's metrics accurately at the time we shortlist it. We cannot warrant those metrics will hold afterwards.

No guarantee of ranking or traffic results

You also acknowledge that paid placements and sponsored content are treated differently by different search engines, and that using any link-building service carries inherent risk. You engage us understanding that risk. See our Disclaimer for detail.

Link monitoring and fixes

After publication we keep checking each link. If a link breaks, is stripped, or an article is removed by the publisher within six months of publication, tell us and we will chase the publisher to restore it, or place a comparable replacement at no additional service fee.

This does not apply where the loss is caused by changes on your side — for example if you take down or redirect the linked page, change domain, or your site becomes unreachable.

Intellectual property

Articles we write for you are written for publication on the agreed third-party site. Once published, the publisher's own terms govern the article as it appears on their site. You keep all rights in the brand assets and product material you supply to us.

Our research process, site-selection methodology, shortlists, internal tooling, and the content of bestlinks.ai remain the property of GeFei Digital LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers them to you.

Confidentiality

We treat your domain, competitor list, commercial plans and engagement details as confidential and use them only to deliver the service. We will not publish them or identify you as a client without your permission. Where a client testimonial appears on our site, it is published with that client's consent and with their domain masked.

Term and termination

These Terms apply for as long as we are working together. Either side may end an engagement in writing at any time.

If you cancel, refunds follow the Refund Policy. Work already delivered, and placements already paid to publishers, are not refundable. We may end an engagement and refund the unstarted balance if you ask for something outside these Terms, if publishers will not work with your site, or if we cannot deliver to our own standard.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeFei Digital LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost rankings or loss of data, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify GeFei Digital LLC against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from material you supplied to us, from your site's own content or conduct, or from your breach of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The version published on this page, with the "last updated" date at the top, is the one in force. Material changes will be sent to clients with an active engagement by email. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and GeFei Digital LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for any dispute that cannot first be resolved informally.

Nothing here removes a consumer protection you have under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
