This policy explains what we collect through the website and through delivering our guest post and Digital PR services.

What we collect

• Engagement details — the domain you want promoted, the competitors you supply, and any product material you send for use in articles.
• Correspondence — the messages you exchange with us by email or in a dedicated channel.
• Billing information — what our payment processor passes back to us to reconcile an order. We never see or store your full card number.

• Usage data — pages viewed, referring source, approximate country, device type and browser, collected in aggregate by the analytics tools listed below.
• Server and security logs — our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary, and only with:

• Publishers — they receive the article and the link to be placed. They do not receive your contact details unless you ask us to introduce you.
• PR Newswire — for Digital PR engagements, the press release content you approve is submitted for distribution.
• Payment processors — to take and reconcile payment.
• Infrastructure and analytics providers — listed in the next section.
• Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Third-party services we use

Ahrefs is used to research publisher websites and backlink profiles. It is a source of data about websites, and we do not upload your personal data to it.

GeFei Digital LLC is registered in Wyoming, United States, and the providers above operate globally. If you contact us from outside the United States, your data will be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become engagements — up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Client records and correspondence — for the life of the engagement and up to 3 years afterwards, so we can honour link-monitoring commitments and answer follow-up questions.
• Invoices and accounting records — as long as tax law requires, typically 7 years.
• Aggregate analytics — retained in aggregate form only; it does not identify you.

Your rights

Subject to your local law, you can ask us to: give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you; correct it if it is wrong; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; or send it to another provider in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

If you are in California, you additionally have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

Children

This service is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
